• The above given tour and duration are indicative & are subject to change.
• Entrances and tours once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• In the case hotels mentioned are unavailable, we will provide similar alternate properties, and any change in the cost will be advised.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 Hrs and check-out time is 12:00 Hrs (Early Check-in & Late Check-out is on request only - NOT A GUARANTEE)

• A non-refundable 50% per person deposit will be required for all Land Arrangements.
• Final Payment is due 60 Days prior to departure.
• If your confirmed arrangements include a flight (Full Payment for the flights must be made).
• Upon receipt, if you believe any details in the booking are wrong you must advise us immediately (within 24 Hours) as changes made after will have Penalties & Fees.
• The balance of the cost of your arrangements (including any applicable surcharge) is due not less than 60 days prior to scheduled departure (unless otherwise specified prior to payment). If we do not receive this balance in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled by you in which case the cancellation charges as applicable will become payable.

If You Cancel Your Package Booking Before Departure:

Period Before Departure Cancellation Fee per Person

60 Days or More Deposit Only

31 - 59 Days 50% of Total cost or deposit - whichever is greater

30 Days or Less 100% of Total Holiday Cost

Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended at the time of booking / Deposit
