- A non-refundable USD 1700 deposit will be required for all Land Arrangements.
- Final Payment is due 60 Days prior to departure.
- If your confirmed arrangements include a flight (Full Payment for the flights must be made).
- Upon receipt, if you believe any details in the booking are wrong you must advise us immediately (within 24 Hours) as changes made after will have Penalties & Fees.
- The balance of the cost of your arrangements (including any applicable surcharge) is due not less than 60 days prior to scheduled departure (unless otherwise specified prior to payment). If we do not receive this balance in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled by you in which case the cancellation charges as applicable will become payable.
